Here at Free to Roam, our biggest goal is to serve our customers the best we can. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better.
As soon as your receive your order, please look over it to make sure it's exactly what you were hoping. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 5 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
Items that ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for return/store credit:
- Items with smells of smoke
- Items with pet/body odor
- Items with stains
- Items with animal hair
- Items that have been washed/worn
- If the item is damaged it will not qualify
- All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE
- For hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on earrings, seamless bottoms, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eye wear.
Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned back to you. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will no longer be available to be returned to you.
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Unfortunately, other customers do not want shoes that look used, and damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.
Due to our limited quantities of each unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we will be happy to offer store credit for your return. If the right size and style you're looking for is still available, then you can use your code to purchase that item.
